l Borrowing
Readers can borrow books through the general reference desk (floor 1 of Nanhu Campus Library; floor 2 of Wenchang campus library) and library self-service loan machine.
l Returns
Readers can return books through the general reference desk (floor 1 of Nanhu campus library; floor 2 of Wenchang Campus Library) and library self-service loan machine.
Books from the two campuses can be returned at any library.
l Collections in compact stack and from Wenchang back issues reading room must be circulated in the respective libraries .
l Periodicals and newspapers are only available in the library reading room. The self-copy service is available in the library.
l Overdue books cannot be returned through the self-service loan machine.
l Sanctions, in terms of the relevant regulations, will apply in respect of overdue or damaged books.
5. Services
l Inter-library Loan
CUMT library provides an inter-library loan service. The library will:
· Provide copies of the collections
· Provide copies of literature including dissertations, standards, patents etc. from domestic and foreign libraries and information agencies.
· Provide borrowing services from OCLC member libraries including Tsinghua University Library, Peking University Library, etc.

l Self-Print and Copy
The printers in the library are located on each floor. Please follow the printer instructions before use.

The study research room is located on floor 2 (Nanhu Campus Library). Reservation website:

The university ID will serve as your account and password.
l Off-Campus Access
Users can use VPN to access resources off-campus.
